Segundo submarino deve chegar a Portugal no fim de Março ou em Abril
O chefe do Estado-Maior da Armada (CEMA), almirante Saldanha Lopes, afirmou hoje que o submarino Arpão deve chegar a Portugal em Março ou Abril e procurou desvalorizar os problemas que surgem com equipamento militar recém-adquirido.«O Arpão foi recebido provisoriamente em Dezembro, está a efectuar testes que ainda são de recepção, que vão estar, julgo eu, terminados em Fevereiro, Março, por aí, ainda não tem data porque depende, muitas vezes os testes têm de se repetir e podem-se atrasar, mas julgo que em Março ou Abril já podemos contar com o navio em Portugal», adiantou.
